Liz grew up in Washington state and headed east after college on an adventure with her older sister. They landed in Knoxville and it has been home ever since. Here she met her sweet hubby and they had two darling and spunky daughters together. In 2019, she lost her youngest daughter to leukemia and that experience has really helped put life into perspective. Liz now rejoices in the simple things: family time, long walks, experimenting with new recipes, gardening in the summer sun and all things crafty. She is delighted to be a member of the Help You Dwell team and is excited to bring her love for organization and beautiful spaces to your home.
