Books are some of the most common and beloved items we come across in our clients’ homes. Collections of stories, shelves of classics, stacks of un-read novels, volumes of history, poetry and more… the list is endless. Many avid readers have switched over to reading digitally or via audio books, but for many, the love of a physical book is as strong as ever. A favorite book or collection of books is much more than the culmination of the words inside… they carry cherished memories of where we were when we read that particular book or what we were learning or what was going on in our world or our personal lives. You may have packed boxes of books that you treasure or you may have a select few displayed on bookshelves carefully arranged in your home.
We wanted to share what we’ve been reading.
The list ranges from articles, books, poems to blog posts. Some of the items below are relevant to the discussion on racism and social justice while others are a bit lighter. Enjoy!
